Objet350/500 Connex2

Custom Tooling in Hours, Not Days

connex2_left_with_cabinet-650x380Connex2 systems help you avoid stumbling blocks like machine-shop backlogs and high fabrication costs. With triple-jetting technology, 140 Digital Materials and two spacious build-tray options, you get the space and material variety to unleash productivity. 3D print jigs, fixtures, injection molds, silicone molds and sandcasting patterns in-house for next-day use. In one print job, you can combine tough Digital ABS with a base material, like TangoBlack, to produce tools with non-slip surfaces or soft-touch coatings.

For tools or prototypes that require a range of mechanical, optical or thermal properties, you can combine pairs of base resins in preset configurations to render up to 27 distinct material properties in one part. Create transparent gauges, ergonomic non-slip grips, and fixtures that require a range of Shore A values or precision threading. Render words and numbers clearly directly on the part, straight from the CAD file, for reliable tracking.

No matter what you’re building, Connex2 offers ample material capacity and hot-swapping capability (the option to replace an empty material canister while another canister of the same material is in use). So you can spend more time perfecting production and less time patrolling your 3D printer.

Connex2 with triple-jetting technology gives you:

  • Great throughput for tooling and prototypes
  • 140 two-component Digital Material options
  • 14 base material options
  • Up to 27 material properties in a single build
  • Material hot-swapping
  • Two spacious build-tray sizes
